This year we made our yearly trek to Oak Glen to pick apples and picnic at Los Rios Rancho. We had to go earlier than we usually do because September was getting too busy.
What a difference a couple of weeks makes! It was cool and breezy and just beautiful outside. We took home some Gravestien apples which are tarty and delicious and some rasberries that were ready to be picked right across the way from the orchard.
As usual, it was a great trip. I'm putting some old photos from year's past at the end of this post so you can see how much the kids have grown since some of our first visits.
