Tom's Return to Hong Kong

Tom had to go back to Hong Kong for a week with the creative director of the Lion King show to "tweak" the lighting. He was staying at the Conrad and I asked him to take some pictures. He's stayed there so many times and I had never seen what the view from the hotel room looks like. All I can say is "WOW!"

Tom's got one more trip back to Hong Kong at the end of this month. This time, he rented a car while he was there and drove back and forth to the Park everyday. It made the commute about 30 mintues, instead of the usual 60 it takes on public transportation. His partner in crime, Darren, the technical director for the show, drove with him. I haven't heard the whole story, but somehow on their first or second day in town they accidentally drove in the trolley lane. I told him I didn't want to know the rest of the story. Apparently, international driving is fun! Nothing like driving on the opposite side of the road to mess with your mind.
