I can't believe it. When we came home from Hong Kong, we had such a great time we all really wanted to get another opportunity to live someplace else. Well, it looks like it's going to happen sooner that we thought.
Disney is putting in a new show at Disneyland Paris. It's supposed to open at Christmas, so Tom's really got a lot work ahead of him! They haven't given us an exact date for relocation, but it looks like we'll probably be leaving about 3 months from now, sometime around July 1st. We should be back right after the first of the year. It's a whirlwind, I tell you. When Tom pulled the Beamer in the driveway last night, he practically bounced in the house to let me know the news.
Katie's first reaction was excitement. She wants to practice her fluent French on real Parisians. And Maggie can't wait to visit the center of international fashion and pick up a few more Channel dresses. She'll be there just in time for the summer fashion shows.
My first reaction? I can't wait! My second reaction? What what are we going to do with the dog? I guess we could probably get Dave and Karen to watch her. Dusty is such a sweet dog, but she’s got this one bad habit we’ve been trying to break her of. Whenever we come home, she rushes up to us and starts pulling on the cuffs of our pants! I tell her, “Dusty! Stop! Stop it! Stop pulling! Stop pulling my leg! Stop pulling my leg!”
You should probably say the same thing to me, because I’m pulling your leg too.
